Yes, in the midst of my exams, I am following the whole Association of Women and Research (AWARE) saga that is unfolding in Singapore. In a turn of events, Josie Lau's team quits after a vote of no-confidence at its extraordinary general meeting at Suntec City today. Well, it may seem that the old guard has won this time but I guess the new guard too, has accomplished its agenda, which is to bring the current AWARE's Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) to light.
Prior to the whole AWARE saga, fewer people are concerned about AWARE's activities and very few parents would have known what was taught to their children in schools by AWARE's CSE trainers on sex education. By publishing several pro-homosexuality extracts from the CSM trainer manual online, its contents have definitely raised several eyebrows from the public.
Although, probably with good intentions, the new guard could have approached the whole matter in a more civilised way.

The issue with AWARE’s CSE goes beyond their stand on homosexuality to premarital sex. Like MOE said, some suggested responses in the guide “convey messages which could promote homosexuality or suggest approval of pre-marital sex”.
